Background:
Elena Sidorenko is Executive Director, Head of Recruitment Division responsible for Staffwell’s recruitment team in Moscow. Elena also serves as Head of the Banking & Investment Department, since 2008. Prior to this Elena was a senior consultant on Staffwell’s banking and investment team, since 2006.
Previously, Elena held senior roles at Russian recruitment firms in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, and at the Moscow office of a Global recruitment firm.
Elena is Russian, resides in Moscow, speaks good English, and holds degrees in engineering from Technical College (1992) and State Polytechnic University (1995) in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), a degree in economics from International Banking Institute in Saint Petersburg (2006), and is currently working towards a degree in finance and credit from Finance Academy (Plekhanov).
