Background:
Lea Fedchenko is a Director responsible for Staffwell’s Banking & Investment and Insurance sectors, since 2010. Prior to this, Lea was a Senior Recruitment Consultant on Staffwell’s Banking and Investment team, since 2006.

Previously, Lea held Recruitment Consultant roles at two other recruitment/executive search companies operating in Moscow.

Lea is Russian, resides in Moscow, speaks fluent English, and has a degree in foreign languages from Bashkir State Pedagogical University (2000) and a degree in psychology from Moscow State University (M.V. Lomonosov) (2005).
