Olga is responsible for internal HR management in Staffwell. The area of her responsibility includes: internal recruitment, staff training and development, adaptation, motivation and retention, as well as corporate culture development and HR administration. Olga has joined Staffwell team in 2004.
Olga has a PhD in Sociology. Graduate from MSU by M.V.Lomonosov, Public Administration department, she speaks fluent English.
Olga also lectures at MSU by M.V. Lomonosov in the HR branch of Public Administration department. Her main courses are: Staff management, Micropolitics in business organization and Business Communications technology.
