Dear Staffwell Clients, Candidates and Friends,
This year marks Staffwell’s 10th year of providing recruitment and executive search services in Russia and the CIS. This anniversary has been a great time for us as a company to reflect on our history and analyze our growth and development over these years, while planning with great energy, ideas and enthusiasm, the next decade ahead.
On behalf of me and our team, we would like to thank our clients for loyally using our services over the years and for trusting in our expertise and professionalism in fulfilling your hiring requirements. We feel a strong bond with having grown together with you over the years and are truly grateful for the wonderful relationships we have with you.
We would also like to thank all the candidates we have interviewed and placed into great new careers with our clients. We have enjoyed watching your career development with the companies we have placed you with and appreciate your having trusted us with our career recommendations and advice.
Looking back, when we started our operations we focused mainly on placing middle level management and specialists and mostly for Western companies with offices in Moscow. By 2007 we achieved being one of the top three recruitment firms on the market for mid to senior level management placements, had several top Russian and CIS companies as part of our client base, opened our second office in Saint Petersburg, and were working for our clients on recruitment assignments across all of Russia and several CIS and international locations.
Today, Staffwell’s core business is recruiting top performing middle to senior level management and highly skilled and educated professionals, and formal executive search of executives for top leadership roles. Our client base has also developed over the past several years to include a significant number of top middle and large size Russian companies with strong growth plans over the coming years.
Staffwell has come out of the global crisis very strong due to the decisions we made to invest in keeping our top performing core teams employed, expanding into better office space with improved working environments, continual advanced training and development of our team, updating our website and databases, giving the highest levels of professional service to our clients and the candidates we work with, and always striving to place the best people on the market with our clients.
A service company like ours is nothing without its people and operations. We have always strived to hire and develop the very best people on the market so that we can achieve our mission and goals of being the best top level recruitment firm on the market, and we have consistently focused on improving our operations to ensure we provide the most optimal service to our clients and candidates. Today, I feel we have the best team and operations that we have ever had in the Company to date, and we are hiring extensively now to double our talent to be able to offer our services to more companies operating on the market.
We feel very positive about our future and the further development of our services on the Russian, CIS and International markets, and have plans for additional offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other strategic Russian, CIS and International cities. We are strongly committed to our ‘hometown’ Russia and are looking forward to helping the business environment here further grow and develop with our placements of top executive leadership, management, and highly skilled and educated professionals.
